Frequently asked questions
Everything about listing, claiming and advertising on BitOrgs.
Is it free to list an organization?
Yes. Standard listings are free and reviewed within 14 days. Express review costs $39 and is reviewed within 48 hours with a followed website link.
How do I claim my profile?
Open your profile and choose “Claim this profile”. Submit the form from an email address on your company domain — that is how we confirm you work there.
Can I pay with crypto?
Every paid option is settled in crypto through NOWPayments: BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, XMR, SOL and over a hundred more.
Does sponsorship affect rankings?
Sponsored cards appear in labelled slots above results. They never change the order of organic results and never grant a Verified badge.
Why is my profile not in Google?
Profiles with very little original information are kept out of search results until they are verified or have a fuller description. Claim the profile and add a description to fix this.
Do you have an API?
Not publicly yet. If you need bulk data for research, get in touch.
