About BitOrgs
An independent, searchable register of the organizations that make up the crypto industry.
Crypto has thousands of companies, protocols and funds, and most lists of them are either paywalled, stuffed with dead projects, or flat lists where a hardware wallet sits next to a meme coin. BitOrgs is our attempt at a register you can actually use to make a decision.
What we cover
Exchanges, DeFi protocols, wallets, payment processors, blockchains, infrastructure and node providers, developer tools, security and audit firms, analytics, mining, custody, venture funds, media, NFT and gaming studios, stablecoin issuers, OTC desks, law and compliance firms, education communities, industry associations and merchants that accept crypto — 108 subcategories in all.
Where the data comes from
Profiles start from public, openly licensed sources — official websites and documentation, public protocol data, open blockchain registries and community-maintained lists — and are then checked and extended by our editors and by the organizations themselves. Descriptions are written by BitOrgs, not copied from other directories. See how we verify for the details.
How BitOrgs makes money
Listing is free. We earn from clearly labelled sponsored placements, Express reviews and Verified Premium profiles. Money never buys a Verified badge and never changes the order of organic results. See the options.
Not financial advice
A profile on BitOrgs means an organization exists and is described accurately to the best of our knowledge. It is not an endorsement or investment advice. Always do your own research before depositing funds anywhere.
